Please notify us within 14 days if you wish to return an item for a refund, and ensure the return is completed within 30 days. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of your order or invoice. Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all boxes, packaging materials, manuals, accessories, and documents provided by the manufacturer. Any shortages must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Cricket bats ordered with the knocking-in service cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged as the process begins immediately. We strongly recommend using a delivery method that provides proof of delivery, as VKS is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Customers must cover return shipping costs.
Since we subsidise delivery costs, up to £10 may be deducted from refunds if the return is due to a change of mind. The £5.99 delivery fee is a subsidised charge.
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition. If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us immediately by email on [email protected] for priority assistance. Upon receiving the returned goods, we will issue a refund. We cannot process refunds for items that are not returned.
Cricket bats must be oiled and properly knocked in before use. Bats that have not been prepared as required will not be covered under any manufacturer's warranty. Even fully prepared bats may suffer damage from hard cricket balls or mistimed shots. We are happy to advise on potential solutions beyond what the manufacturer offers, though customers must cover any shipping costs.
All goods are covered by manufacturers' warranties. Customers must bear the cost of returning any product to us or the manufacturer. Replacement products may also incur a delivery charge. If a manufacturer is unable to repair a product, VKS will provide a replacement upon receiving authorisation. If no replacement is available, a credit note will be issued for use online or in-store. Under no circumstances will a refund be provided.
For orders eligible for free UK mainland delivery, no charge will be applied. However, if a customer returns a non-faulty item, VKS may deduct up to £10 to cover the actual delivery cost. Smaller parcels may incur an £8 deduction, while larger items such as tennis rackets, cricket bats, and bags may incur up to a £10 charge.
We aim to make the delivery process as seamless as possible. Orders can be delivered to your home or workplace. Delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 1:30pm will be processed the next working day, unless expedited. During bank holidays and the Christmas period, additional processing time may be required.
Most orders are dispatched on the same day they are received. Small orders may be sent via Royal Mail, while larger orders are shipped via DPD and require a signature. If you are unavailable, a card or email notification will be provided to arrange an alternative delivery or collection. Each order will be attempted for delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and customers may be liable for additional costs.
VKS delivers internationally. Delivery costs for overseas orders are based on weight and volume. During checkout, an estimated delivery cost will be provided, but this is subject to change due to fluctuating rates. Customers will be contacted for approval before any additional charges are applied. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order is refused upon delivery and returned to VKS, customers will be liable for any return shipping charges. These costs may be deducted from any refund due.

Suspected defective products will be inspected by the manufacturer before any resolution is offered.
We offer a demo service on selected rackets both online and in-store. Returned rackets must be in original condition. Any misuse or damage may result in additional charges or rejection of the return. Customers must not remove the overgrip, plastic sleeve on the original grip, or demo tape on the bumper bar. Demo rackets must be returned within 7 days. If you need more time, please contact us.
