If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us within 14 days of receipt and ensure the return is completed within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of your order or invoice. Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all boxes, packaging materials, manuals, accessories, and any documents provided by the manufacturer. We aim to process all refund without any delay.
Any shortages must be reported in writing within seven days of delivery.
Please note that cricket bats ordered with the knocking-in service cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, as the process begins immediately upon order confirmation.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service that provides proof of delivery, as VKS is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Since we subsidise delivery charges, a deduction of up to £10 may be applied to refunds if the return is due to a change of mind. The standard £5.99 delivery fee is a subsidised charge.
We take the utmost care to ensure that all orders arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected] for priority assistance. Upon receiving the returned goods, a full refund will be processed. Please note that we cannot process refunds for items that are not returned.
All products are covered under manufacturer warranties. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any product to us or directly to the manufacturer. Replacement products may also incur a delivery charge.
If a manufacturer is unable to repair a faulty product, VKS will provide a replacement upon receiving manufacturer authorisation. If a replacement is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for use online or in-store. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances for warranty-related returns.
For orders that qualified for free UK mainland delivery, if a non-faulty item is returned, VKS may deduct up to £10 from the refund to cover the actual delivery cost. Smaller parcels may incur an £8 deduction, while larger items such as tennis rackets, cricket bats, and bags may incur a charge of up to £10.
