Our returns process is simple. Please contact us first to get a Return Authorisation (RA). Once you have your RA, send the item back. If you bought in-store, you have seven days to return it for a refund.
Tell us about any delivery shortages within seven days. If you order a cricket bat with a knocking-in service, you cannot change or cancel it once we begin. Returns made between 7 and 28 days earn a credit note. We cannot accept returns after 28 days for a refund, exchange, or credit note.
If you're unhappy with your order, return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund. We check all returns as soon as they arrive. Items must include original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Please use a secure shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
You cover return postage, unless we made an error with your order. We do not refund the original delivery charge. If an item is not defective, we still refund you within the stated time. We cannot replace goods tampered with and will return them at your expense.
If you want an exchange, a second delivery charge may apply. We subsidise delivery, so large items like bags or bats may cost £10. If you cancel or change your mind, we may deduct £10 for shipping. Our usual £5.99 fee is a subsidised rate.
We work hard to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Contact us if you receive the wrong product or if it's damaged or faulty. We will prioritise these issues and refund delivery costs up to £5 for UK orders. For international orders, the refund may be higher, with prior agreement.
We need the goods returned to us for inspection before we can refund you. Cricket bats must be oiled and knocked in before use. Even with proper knocking-in, damage can happen from hard balls or mishits. We will try to help, but shipping costs remain your responsibility.
All goods come with a manufacturer's warranty. You must pay shipping costs to return items to us or the manufacturer. If they cannot repair your item, we will replace it with their approval. If no replacement is available, we issue a credit note for use online or in-store.
We do not provide refunds for warranty returns. The warranty starts from the original purchase date. This does not reset after repairs or replacements.
Some orders qualify for free UK mainland delivery. If you return non-faulty goods, we may deduct up to £10 for shipping. Smaller parcels cost up to £8. Larger items, like rackets and bats, may cost up to £10.
We can ship orders to your home or workplace. Delivery times are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:30 pm may go out the next working day. Please allow extra time around bank holidays and Christmas.
We try to dispatch orders on the same day we get them. Small orders may go by Royal Mail, while large orders ship via courier. A signature may be required. If you miss two delivery attempts, the courier may return your order to us.
We deliver worldwide, with costs based on weight and volume. Our website gives a shipping estimate, but final costs may vary daily. We confirm any extra charges with you first. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
If you refuse a delivery, it may return to us. You cover the return charges from the courier. We may deduct these from your refund, or charge your card first. We cannot refund items not returned because of customs or import refusals.
You can browse our site without buying anything. We only collect your personal data to process orders and send updates. We may also send promotions we think you will like. We never share or sell your details to other companies.
