C6+ Carbon Core Technology is a revolutionary new handle construction that radically improves the performance of Newbery hand-made cricket bats.
Hollow carbon fibre shafts are used as the core of the bats handle thereby dramatically improving the Power-to-Weight ratio with the tensile strength of the carbon shaft adding huge high impact driving power with responsive feel.
The outer foam skin uses modern injection moulding techniques to absorb high impacts for unique levels of comfort and energy absorption.
Huge weight savings in the handle from the unique composite materials, allow Newbery to keep maximum wood in the profile where it benefits the blade most.
Greatly enhanced sweet-spots and massive hitting zones are now possible, without the heavy pick-up usually associated with big profile bats.
